I bought this comic on eBay described as part of Gene Colan's private collection. The grade is what was used when I bought them. There is a sticker on the back of the bag that has a Gene Colan signature and it says "Certificate of Authenticity". But I can't be sure that it's definitely his signature. It certainly could be, it is similar to autographs I've seen on the internet. I have several of these books and they each have differences in the signature, but they keep the common details. Check out the scans and you can judge for yourself.
