Long time, no blog

What's new? I hope everything is well for you in these crazy stressful times. We are still plugging along. 2023 will be our best year yet and there are 3 months to go. Unfortunately, most of our growth is on eBay. This website hasn't had much growth at all. We have no plans to shut it down, but it would be great to get some more traffic and be able to have more customers here. We were able to ship to the US which accounted for much of the growth.

I have left my day job, it was working for a big company which came with a lot of stress and loneliness as I was basically working on my own. I love selling collectibles but the downside is how to pay the bills. Right now, it's not happening. I am not asking for handouts, but what would be nice is if you, awesome reader, would drop us a line and say hi! It's good to know that people are liking our store or not liking it. It is definitely rough around the edges, but we like having a homemade feel to it. Any comments, good or critical is welcome. But please don't tell me my mother dresses me funny, she tries, god love her.

We just added free tracked shipping for $150 orders or more to see if that would help the shipping expenses. We are working on setting up a pop-up where you can let us know what items you collect and we will send you an email when we add any of those items. Basically, the most valuable information we need is what you came to the website to find and if you didn't make a purchase, why you didn't.

We also added changes to the website opening pic to show you some of the beautiful scenery from our area and to let you know we haven't abandoned the place. If you wanted to check out our ebay auctions, the handle is collectivities.

Any suggestions for future blogs would also be appreciated. If I got some topics to blog about, maybe I would blog more than once a blue moon.

Take care and enjoy collecting!

Jamie
